About Lia
Editor, Krabi Pointer
Lia is 28, half Colombian and half German, and she edits Krabi Pointer. She writes the way she travels: warm, specific, and practical about money and mornings. Prices, hours and fees on these pages come from checked listings and official sources. She does not turn a hotel listing into a diary of a trip she did not take.
Who is writing
I am 28. Half Colombian, half German, which in practice means I will hug the plan and then check the receipt. I love travel, fitness and festivals. On a beach week that shows up as an early walk or a swim, not as a story I made up about a specific Krabi morning.
I edit Krabi Pointer, the guide to Krabi, Thailand. The opinions are mine. The numbers are not memories. If a fare, a park fee or a review score is on a page, it came from a listing, an official fee file or a report we dated. I will not pretend I slept at a resort because the listing sounds nice.
How a guide gets written
Each guide opens with a short answer, then the detail, then a FAQ. Hotel pages lead with the listing facts: stars, area, Agoda score, review count. Area pages keep the same internal links they always had, including where to stay in Krabi.
Some booking links are affiliate links through Agoda and other Travelpayouts partners. The commission, if there is one, does not change the price you pay and does not buy a higher ranking. The full note is on the affiliate disclosure.
Corrections
If a fee moved or a hotel closed, email [email protected]. I would rather fix a number than defend it. The site's about page covers how the whole guide works, and the privacy policy covers analytics, cookies and your data rights.
